During the session: • You will learn to master your breathing and fully experience each inhale, hold, and exhale. • Specific gentle freediving exercises will guide you toward deep relaxation and mental focus. • The session begins with a moment of relaxation, supported by the water, accompanied by soft music, promoting a lasting state of well-being and a deeper connection to yourself. Accessible to all, beginners or experienced practitioners, meditative freediving is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and soothe your mind.
