  • LOCATION: NEMO 33 UCCLE This course deepens your basics of recreational Apnea practice. The course includes the three disciplines of Apnea: static, dynamic and constant weight. It is designed for people who are comfortable with the aquatic environment. It aims to familiarize you with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, risks and safety procedures related to apnea. The objective of this training is: - hold your breath for 2 minutes - swim underwater 40 meters with fins - dive to 16 meters in open water or 20 m in a pit - dismantle a rescue at 10 m - pass a written exam - Format: - 5 evenings of 1H30 in the water - 1 online session The package does not include the entrance fees to NEM0 33. Maximum group of 4 people

  • LOCATION: NEMO 33 UCCLE This training aims to deepen your knowledge and gain experience in the water. This course allows you to develop the skills acquired during the Apprenticeship course. It allows you to acquire the skills necessary to plan freediving sessions independently with freedivers of an equivalent level. It also allows you to deepen safety procedures and understand the risks associated with pressure. You will also learn new techniques such as Frenzel compensation, freefall and training tables. The objective of this course is to: - complete 2 minutes and 45 seconds while holding your breath - swim 55 meters underwater with fins - dive to 24 meters in open water or 30 m in a pit - demonstrate a rescue at 15 m - pass a written exam Common format: - 5 evenings in the water - 1 online session The package does not include entrance fees to NEMO 33.
